Articulation is the process of developing a formal agreement that identifies courses on a “sending” campus that are comparable or acceptable to a specific course request at a “receiving” institution. Successful completion of an articulated course assures the student and faculty that the student who has taken the corresponding course has received the necessary instruction and preparation and is ready to move on to the next step.
